EquitySight models the government's equity contribution based on the scheme rules for your state (QLD, NSW, or VIC). It calculates the government's percentage share, what you'll owe when you sell or buy out, and how that changes over time as property values grow. It uses the purchase price, your savings, and the applicable income/property caps to determine eligibility.
Our calculations are based on publicly available scheme rules and standard mortgage calculations. They're designed to give you an accurate planning picture, not a legal quote. Always verify eligibility and final figures with a licensed mortgage broker or financial adviser before making any decisions.
Try clearing your browser cache and logging in again. If that doesn't work, use the "forgot password" option on the login page. If you're still stuck, send us a message using the form above with "Billing / subscription" selected and we'll sort it out promptly.
Go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-year on an annual plan and want a partial refund, contact us.
Yes — EquitySight is fully responsive and works well on iPhone and Android. You can also add it to your home screen as a PWA (Progressive Web App) for a native-app-like experience. On iPhone: tap Share → Add to Home Screen. On Android: tap the menu → Install App.
